Slogra is the focus of worship by the Cult of Slogra. Even though slogra worship is largely based in Drakonstrana, its existence is not limited to any one area as the concept of slogra is universal. All known texts of the Cult of Slogra exclude any pronouns when referring to slogra, and this is considered a foundational principle by surviving members. To this day, whether slogra refers to a collective or to a singular entity is unknown.

Due to being immortal, images of slogra appear in various depictions throughout history, most frequently found in the background of egyptian paintings. In these instances, the slogra is seen conspicuously ignoring bystanders while in the process of writing a novel.
